No - Modeller & RC Sketcher are free to use (however a key removes limits on item numbers). Try them out!
Unfortunately no. The Mac version of Rhino does not have the updates required at the moment.
Yes there are ways to use these tools in other programs by saving as CAD files or through plugins.
